Alejandra Adán

Parent of Julián and Joaquín
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Alejandra is committed to engaging with multicultural communities and developing cultures of inclusion to help transform systems and policies into spaces that reflect the diversity that exists in the world around us. She is the Recovery Institute Manager at Via Hope, where she leads organizational change initiatives in behavioral health. Alejandra has served as an employee resource group leader for a Latinx group, is a founding member of Via Hope's Social Justice and Equity Council, and holds a DE&I in the Workplace certificate. Alejandra is a Board Member at Magellan International School and VECINA.
