Celebrating Our Differences

At Magellan, we firmly believe that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging make the world a better place and bring immeasurable value to our work, education, and communities. We believe that prioritizing these principles is core to the mission of an International Baccalaureate World School, including our dedication to building lifelong learners, intercultural respect and understanding, and ultimately contributing to a more peaceful world.

Magellan is committed to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to create a community where all students, parents, staff, and other stakeholders feel respected and valued regardless of gender, age, race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation or identity, disability, education, or any other bias.
