Marisela Salayandia

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Marisela has had an extensive career in Public Policy, Lobbying, and Corporate Affairs. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, she moved to Washington D.C., to start her career in public policy. As an alum of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute and a Capitol Hill staff member, Marisela championed initiatives supporting diverse hiring practices across the federal government. As a corporate professional, she has always found ways to support corporate diversity initiatives by establishing DEIB committees or engaging in mentorship and sponsorship programs. Today, she is excited to support the Magellan community as a member of the DEIB committee.
